Snowboarder!!!!!

Josh spent the weekend with a friend and learned to snowboard. Today, he got his very own one. Check out his ride down the hill right outside our door. Cool, huh?????

The day Amanda turned 6!!!!!

Amanda had her birthday today. She had the "best" party ever. The girls on base really made today special for her. We played games and had cake, Amanda even had her hair curled. See the middle picture for a 3D card that was made for her. The clouds, bushes, and flowers were all encouraging words from everyone on base. She got tons of presents and really enjoyed herself.

Sledding!

On Sunday, as a family, we spent the afternoon sledding with some friends. The snow was beautiful. On the way, we were blessed to see our first bull moose with antlers. WOW!

Back in Alaska!

We have been back in Alaska for a week. We started our First Nations DTS on 1/2. There are 7 students attending. We spent the last few days getting to know each other and having fun. We played games, gave testimonies and just hanging out. We will get into the full swing of things this next week. Here are a few pictures of our fun. We will be moving off base this week. We will be house sitting until the end of March and plan to look for our own place after that.
